With these 3 high profile reclads in the public realm Eifer displayed its professionalism and project management skills. All had a high aspect of public interface and working with vulnerable people whilst working around challenges such as reduced working hours.

The stand out of these three projects is the ANU student accommodations 1, 2, and 3. The recladding of Davey Lodge, Kinlock Lodge, Warrumbul Lodge (SA1, SA2, SA3) totalled up at 8000m2 of façade replacement due to flammable cladding in 5 months. This is close to being one of the largest reclads ever completed in the ACT.

Clients Spotless and Downer were managing on behalf of the ANU and were impressed, in particular with our efficiency. The project started 4th of January and finished on the 14th of June without a single day of delay from rain required. The team onsite averaged 25 workers sometimes with up to 6 x 80 foot booms and 5 x megadeck scissor lifts. The completion of each area had to be exact, with many eyes from the high profile works. All of these reclads were done with our close clients Manteena.
