Eifer delivered a comprehensive façade package for Goodwin Downer, encompassing terracotta, CFC and aluminium cladding systems, alongside onto external wall framing, sarking and external insulation.

The scope also included soffits, sunshades and custom batten screens, all integrated into a cohesive building envelope. Eifer ensured careful coordination between materials and interfaces, balancing durability, performance and architectural intent with defined setouts and alignments.

A key value-add was the development of custom trims and flashings, enabling seamless transitions around corners and into window frames.
