Eifer has a long history working on occupied buildings and is well versed in keeping project efficiencies whilst minimising impact on occupants.
For this project we installed Genesis façade board cladding to all elevations of the building as well as structural framing.
Our works include extruded louvres with a building wrap, presore seal and colorbond flashings as well as sunshades to provide privacy and shade for building occupants.
